We are no longer in a real estate market that requires buyers and sellers to sprint to a decision about real estate. Starting in 2022 and continuing in 2023, real estate agents went from being “order takers” in a fast-paced market to being relied on as a strategist, trusted advisor, psychic and expert negotiator once again. For those of you who have been reading our content for a while, you know that this is right up our alley at the Alpine Legacy Team! Our tag line since 2011 has been

and we were thrilled to see that our expertise in getting transactions accomplished with our client’s best interests at heart became more valuable once again in 2023.
Even with one of the toughest real estate markets for real estate agents in 2023, we are proud of the fact that the Alpine Legacy Team sold more homes and condominiums in 2023 than we did in 2022. As the rest of the market languished behind previous years because of high interest rates, negative press, and an uncertain economy, we helped more families, found more opportunities, and helped people keep more money in their pocket because we focused on Helping People Make Wise Real Estate Decisions.
Overall, 2023 has been an incredibly rewarding experience for us at Alpine Legacy. We've had the opportunity to represent a wide range of properties, help people from all walks of life, and make many new friends in the process. We are grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us and for the opportunity to serve them. We are eager to continue our mission in 2024 to help people make wise real estate decisions.
