This year has been marked by significant headwinds both locally and nationally, from the seismic shifts in real estate commission structures to the weight of high mortgage interest rates. The last year presented no shortage of challenges for buyers, sellers, and agents alike.

Despite these hurdles, there remains much to celebrate in our corner of the world. My goal in this annual report is to interpret how the local real estate economy continues to change.
