We were honored to have a role in helping our clients purchase a 2nd home in a very special location. There is nothing better than sitting amongst the aspen trees next to moving water with views of mountains in all directions. Oh yeah…the house was pretty special, too!
We were introduced to these buyers through past clients and dear friends, so it was a privilege to see everything go extremely well through the process of buying this house. Typically, in Estes Park, the cost of construction makes finding an existing home a smoother, quicker, and much easier process than building one yourself. The next stages of the buying process with these clients included searching for the right home, negotiating a winning offer (which beat out other interested buyers), and then navigating a smooth closing process that culminated with perfect weather on closing day. You couldn’t have asked for a better transaction!
