This transaction was born a dozen years ago. Sam represented the sellers when the Haddens purchased a different home elsewhere in Estes Park. It was one of the sales that made it possible for Sam to launch the Alpine Legacy team, so the Haddens hold a special place in our company’s history! Although he originally didn't represent the Haddens in that transaction, he kept in touch with them over the years. When it came time for the Haddens to simplify their lives and sell their STR cabin on Powelly, they naturally called Alpine Legacy. 

The cabin was built in 1947 and was renovated with the intention of keeping the great vintage feel with modern amenities. We took advantage of listing the property as "coming soon" while there were guests in the cabin and did an open house right after it went live on the market. We made sure to block out a week with no bookings so we could get as many buyers into the property as possible. Alpine Legacy's thoughtful and strategic marketing approach created lots of interest in a market where buyer traffic was slowing down for the majority of properties hitting the market.

We were thrilled to negotiate hard in our client’s favor because of the strong interest in the property, and we saved the Haddens over $10k in inspection negotiations.
