About Joy Basia

Prior to joining the Alpine Legacy Team, I graduated from UT Arlington, spent 10 years in Radio Marketing in Dallas, Texas and more than 20 years in the Fitness Industry. I feel blessed that my prior career prepared me to serve as Your Real Estate advocate in Estes Park.

I absolutely love people and being part of a visionary team, so am extremely thrilled to be part of the Alpine Legacy Team! As an Agent, I communicate with a diverse collection of people with different goals and dreams. I'm a very curious person, and savor the art of nurturing conversation by asking questions: I then assess needs and wants to help people make wise real estate decisions.

With my athletic background, no challenge is too big, and I sink my teeth into generously serving others to accomplish their goals! I'm excited to utilize my skills as a loyal and patient lover of people, with a positive fun-loving attitude as an active listener and a creative problem solver.

I visited Estes and hiked in my beloved Rockies for more than a decade before achieving my Dream of living here in 2015. I cannot wait for the opportunity to assist You in capturing Your Estes Dreams too!
